	CarFleaMarket.com was designed to offer a value-rich, cost-effective, central location for buyers and sellers of vehicles to have their needs met.

What is the price for to view, search, and Contact Sellers on this Site?
	Nothing. Feel free to browse, search and Contact Sellers, without paying any fees to us.

Is this Site oriented towards only car dealers like other sites?
	No. For this to be an Open Market of Vehicles for you to choose from, well provide services for all types of sellers. Dealers, Auctions, For Sale by Owner, Bank Sales.

How do I find the car I want?
	CarFleaMarket.com offers a search engine in two versions on this Site. A small version for quick searches is located on the Home Page, and a more detail oriented Search Engine on the "Find A Car" page. Enter in your search criteria and browse the results.

I found too many results, how do I browse through all of them?
	You can page-through your results using our navigation buttons, at the bottom of the results page.

OK, I found a Car Ad, now I want to contact the seller?
	CarFleaMarket.com has an easy way to just send a quick message to that Car Ad's seller. While viewing the Car Ad, click on the "Contact Seller" button, and you will be presented with a simple page to initiate contact with the seller.

Is CarFleaMarket.com going to Spam me, since I am using my email address the "Contact Seller" Form?
	NO. Unsolicited advertisements will NOT be sent to your email address from this Site. Plus, in further detail, you can read about our Site's guidelines in the Privacy Policy.

Do I have sign up for anything to browse and search on this Site?
	No. No membership is required to browse and search the site.

OK, big picture, how is CarFleaMarket.com beneficial to me as a Car Buyer?
	Three big picture items: 1. CarFleaMarket.com offers its services at a discounted single price. Therefore, we are able to reach out to more Car Sellers than other sites, and provide more cars for you to choose from. 2. Our generous Photo policy, allows each car ad to add multiple photos without paying extra fees. So, you can see more of the vehicle the seller is trying to show you. 3. Our "Contact Seller" form, allows car sellers a way to give out their contact information only to sincere car buyers. So, this feature should encourage more people to post Car Ads, and offering you more choices in cars.

I saw a sign on a Car I'm interested in. It had this site's name and a Number. What now?
	You must have seen one of our QwikSaleSigns™. Go to the Home Page and enter in the number you saw in the QwikSaleSign™ Search box.

I'm a Car Seller.

How do I sell a car on this Site?
	Very easy. There is a three step process: 1. Register, so you can both log in, and receive buyer inquiries. 2. Create a Car Ad. 3. Go to your Shopping Cart and pay for your car ad. And that's it! Within 24 hours later, you Car Ad will be searchable, and available for potential buyers to contact you.

How do I sell multiple cars on this Site?
	Just repeat the Create Car Ad step in selling a single car.

How long is a Car Ad posted for?
	An Ad expires after a year.

How many vehicles can I sell with one Ad?
	One per Ad.

How many photos can I put on a single Ad?
	Up to 3, no extra charge.

What are my payment options?
	At this time we have two options, Credit Card, and PayPal.com Accounts.

I don't see the make or model of my car, what now?
	Don't worry, quickly send us a message about what make or model we might have missed and we will review and fix ASAP.

Ok, I'm done with creating my car Ad. What now?
	Once you are done, the next step is where you tell us you are ready to post your Car Ad. Click on the link "Activate Ads", and all your "Draft" Car Ads will appear. Select which Car Ads you want to "Activate" and proceed to Check Out. Follow the directions specific to your selected mean of payment.

What is this DirectLink(tm) I keep hearing about?
	DirectLink(tm) is a shortened URL to your Car Ad. When your Car Ad is Activated, you go to your Show Room, open the Active Car Ad, and a link will appear below.

What can I do with a DirectLink(tm)?
	You can Copy and Paste the DirectLink(tm) into emails, home-made flyers, and newsgroups. There are many newsgroups setup for Car Buyers and Sellers to work together. By posting your Car Ad's DirectLink into one of these other selling mediums, you can speed up the process of selling your car.

Why is PayPal.com a payment option?
	In our research, we have found that many people like options in paying for items, and many people in the internet community use PayPal.com for payment methods. We therefore, wanted to incorporate this popular payment system into our Site. Paypal.com now offers payment processing without being forced to become a member.

Searches

I just performed a car search. When I do another search, am I going to have to re-enter the same zip code?
	No, as long as you have cookies enabled, we temporally store your search criteria so that you don't have to reenter anything. Just change what search criteria you want to change, and rerun the search.

Membership Questions.

How much does it cost to sign up?
	Nothing. Signing up and getting your own "Show Room" is free.

If I sign up will I be spammed?
	Not by Us. We hold ourselves to a strict privacy policy, so your information will not be sold/released to another company. We also see very little value in sending you information not associated to your membership, so we don't.

I forgot my password, what now?
	When you go to sign in, you will see a "forgot password" link. Click it and follow the directions. You will need to know the current email mail address you sign up with.

I have so many email addresses, I don't remember the one I used.
	Please go to the "Contact Us" page and tell us what happened. We are here to help you, and we will work with you to recover you account.

What, you can't send me my current password?
	During our testing phase we had noticed that people were using passwords that were very personal. This gave us the impression that the Member passwords were not specific to CarFleaMarket.com accounts. This means that people were using password here that they use on other sites. Our goal is to protect our Members, and one step to do so was to encrypt all the passwords. We do not want to see your password, and most of all, we don't want anyone else seeing your password.

Ok, I received my new password, can I change it?
	Yes, after you sign in, go to your Show Room. You will see a link "Change Password" Click it and follow the directions.

I am a new member, or changed my email address, what is this confirmation step?
	In order to maintain quality service, we verify all new email addresses in the system. This is to ensure we can notify you incase there is an issue with our service, or your ads. Also provide vehicle buyers a safe way to contact you about your posted vehicles.

Why is email confirmation not automatic?
	We notify you with welcome messages and confirmation of information changes to your account. We have noticed in the past, some members expect these types of messages and ignore them. So, we have instituted a way to only send the confirmation email when the user is ready, and have turned off any email filters. The user only had to sign-in, and follow the direction to confirm their new email address.

My email filter auto-deleted the confirmation request email from this site, what now?
	First turn off any restrictions associated with receiving emails from our site. This might required you to contact your system administrator, if you are unable to do so yourself. Then sign-in to your Showroom, and follow the directions again. If you are still having difficulty, please contact us, so we can assist you.

	This Site heavily uses JavaScript and Cookies; So, have both JavaScript and Cookies turned on. We do not store any personal information in cookies. This site also uses pop ups, not for advertisements, but as help boxes and quick forms. Fraud Prevention

As a Car Seller, I'm need to pay for these ads using my credit card. What precautions are taken to protect my information?
	CarFleaMarket.com take credit card fraud very seriously. Therefore, we have recruited the services of a company who's sole purpose is to perform Credit Card Transactions. They are focused on incorporating the highest levels of security, through the use of both procedures and technology.

As a Buyer, how can I protect myself from fraud.
	There are many steps, and here are a few big ones. First, don't give out any information via email, phone, or in writing that could be used from fraudulent activities. Example, Credit Card Number, Social Security Numbers, Tax Payer Id's, Checking Account Numbers. Second, use our "Contact Seller" feature to initiate the conversation, so that you can ask questions about the car. Find out information that might help you decide whether or not the car worth purchasing. Third, use our Search to find a Car that is within comfortable traveling distance. Create a meeting place where you can see the car and not feel rushed, in the daylight, and feel comfortable to take your time checking out the car. Bring a friend, a second set of eyes can really point out the great deals, and bad ones. Fourth, investigate this car, use a car research company to check if the car was damaged and the seller it omitting that from their Ad. Have a qualified Mechanic check out the car. Use a legitimate escrow service, investigate the escrow service and since it's possible that one can be setup part of a scam. Also, some typical cliche's that still hold water. :) Don't Rush, haste makes waste. If the deal sounds too good to be true, it is. Buyer beware. Go with your Gut feeling.

As a Seller, how am I exposed to fraud and what can I do about it?
	Just turn on the TV, and you see the typical scams almost everyday reported on. Here are a few you should avoid. Over sea's purchasers should be heavily scrutinized. Ask yourself, why would someone in the Congo want a RX7? Due to some foreign banks not in full communication with your bank, it could be weeks before that certified check is flagged as a fake. Do not give out Checking Account Numbers, Credit Card Numbers, or your Social Security Number. There is no solid reason a person purchasing your car needs these numbers. Use an escrow service, and investigate that escrow service to verify that they are not part of some scam also. Don't accept overpayments, or explain it to the seller, that you will gladly accept the overpayment as a follow-up offer to give you more money. This scam has been around for decades, the customer over pays with a certified check(electronic transfer, etc.) and wants the over paid portion refunded. You find out later, the original check was a fraud, or the funds were never present. If a sales doesn't feel like a Win-Win situation, there might be something wrong, and you should re-evaluate the transaction.

Will CarFleaMarket.com ever send my email asking for account verification via my Credit Cards, or Bank Account Numbers?
	NO! As a general rule, email is not very secure, you shouldn't ever give out information you wouldn't want strangers to know about. At CarFleaMarket.com, your personal security is important to use. We do not even store your Credit Card information on our systems, we don't need to, and fewer places information like that is stored, safer you are. If you ever receive an email requesting financial or personal information, go directly to the web site who claimed, in the email, to have sent the email(don't use any links in the questionable email), and ask why you are receiving solicitations of this manor from them. If the email is a scam, report it to the authorities and the new services. If the email is legitimate, re-evaluate doing business with that company, that constantly requires you to send them your information.

Will CarFleaMarket.com ever send me file attachments in an Email?
	We do not automatically send any file attachments. In fact unless you absolutely are sure who sent you the file attachments and you are absolutely know what you are doing, never open any file attachments.

Car Donation Charity Programs

I posted a Car Ad, now I'm getting emails from car donation organizations? What's the deal?
	Just like any potential car buyer, a charity can browse through all the Car Ads and use this Site to contact you , and request your help.

Was my Email Address given out by anyone at CarFleaMarket.com?
	Not only no, but NO! We pride ourselves in a public and strict privacy policy concerning releasing your personal information to outside companies. If you did not post your contact information, then you are receiving these emails via our “Contact Seller” feature. As long as you don't reply to these emails, your email address will remain private.

Is there a way to block car donation program emails?
	Our position at CarFleaMarket.com is that we intend not to block any communications from potential buyers. You can be selective with who you respond to, and we don't want to mess up a potential sale. Plus, you might just want to donate your car after hearing what good programs charity can fund with the money.

What is CarFleaMarket.com's advice/option about these car donation programs?
	We hope that in no way after reading this you are persuaded towards or away from helping others via donating you car to one of these fine charities. So in our option, we have a suggested a few questions/steps you should take before donating your car. 1.Are you even willing to donate? Should you just sell the car, and give the money directly to a charity? Even the best run programs have operating expenses (towing, resale, etc) that eats into how much money actually makes it to their programs. 2.Talk to your tax adviser. Find out what certifications does a charity need(suck as 501c3) in order your donation to be tax deductible. Also, to lay to rest some concerns that a car donation on a tax return might be a 'Red Flag' for an IRS Audit. 3.Has a legitimate third party certified the charity's management of your donation dollars?

Site Errors and Upgrades

I received an error, what now.
	Well this might several causes and courses of actions, here are a few. Error 404, means a page can not be displayed. Due to our routine testing, this is rare. There can be a few causes on your side of the net, you lost access to the internet, reconnect and refresh the page. I get some funky CarFleaMarket.com error. This can happen when you have been on a page too long. Click "BACK" and hold the SHIFT key and click refresh. This will get your version of the page in your browser updated with that on the server. I'm trying to Sign In, but keep getting some error about my password and username not matching? Did you recently change your password( or email address) and you've forgotten it? Did you complete a registration process? Well, go to the "Contact Us" page and do a Password reminder. If you are registered with the email address you use, you will receive your password reminder. If you are not registered, then complete the registration process.

Nothing works, I keep getting errors, what do I do?
	Calm down, we are here to help, but we first need you to explain the problem to us. Go to the "Contact Us" Page and explain what steps you were performing, and what error results you were receiving. Please include your email address, so that we can verify your account is setup properly. Thank you.

Why do you have this Errors section if you QA all software releases?
	Mistakes happen, both on the part of the System Hardware, Software Developers, Account managers, and Users. Users can sometimes try to use the system in a manor it was never designed for. This section is keep us in good communication, and help each other enjoy using this Site.

OK, I reported an Error, and what next?
	If the error is specific to you, you will receive a notice that it was corrected ASAP. If the error was a critical error, and is system wide, then the error is immediately fixed, and as a courtesy, you will be notified. If the error, wasn't an error, but the user was trying to use the system in a manor it wasn't designed for, we will evaluate the User's needs and might schedule a new feature in the next Software Release. Also, we appreciate the effort made in reporting the error.

OK, what releases, what changes are in-order for CarFleaMarket.com and how do they effect me as a Buyer, and a Seller.
	At CarFleaMarket.com we are always looking to improve the Site's performance, stability, and usability We will look into implementing new technologies, and administration procedures. How this will effect the End-Users before the releases, if the release will be time consuming, a message will be displayed warning of up and coming Releases and how it will effect Site use. As a Buyer, if the Site is unavailable you will receive a message informing you of the events and how soon you can return as you try and enter the Site. As a Seller, if you have any Active Ads on the Site and they are unavailable for viewing by the Public, we will review our impact on your sales, and adjust expiration dates of Ads as need be.

Where are the multiple Pop-ups, screaming ads, and unrelated product advertisements?
	CarFleaMarket.com is owned and operated by members who have a different levels of internet experience, and this helps us relate to the different experience levels users of CarFleaMarket.com Therefore, we feel we can think like a typical user, and we agree Pop-up advertisement is annoying, and completely unrelated advertisements are distracting; So, we try and minimize the use of either.

Wait, I am an advertiser, and would like to advertise on your Site, is that possible?
